Measure around the narrowest part of your wrist (just above the wrist bone/ulnar head):

• XS: 10–14 cm Silicon hole 19mm

• S/M: 14–18 cm Silicon hole 19mm

• M/L: 14-18 cm Silicon hole 22mm
