Living with hand and wrist pain is already causing you enough grief. If you’re feeling stressed and over medical appointments, I’m here to make life a little easier for you as you work towards rehabilitation of your wrist or hand. You want the best possible outcome for your condition, but without all the hurdles that come with in-person appointments. That’s why I provide virtual hand therapy services via video call for people with hand and wrist conditions, pain and injuries.
Because it’s my mission to make access to hand therapy simple, convenient and achievable.
Let’s create a plan
I also understand that for some people, stopping the things you love isn’t an option.
When this is the case, and where practicable, I’ll work with you to create a plan that minimises disruption to your life and gives you the best chance of returning to things you love.
The best possible outcome is different for everyone.
To understand what it might look like for you, we will talk about how your life has been impacted, and what you want to get back to.
And then we’ll make a plan to get you there.
No pain, all gain
If you’re fearful of having a therapist touch an already painful hand or wrist injury, my virtual sessions will reduce anxiety and give you confidence to take charge of your recovery.
I’ll guide you, but you’re in control.
I know you’re focused on getting back to doing the things you love. It’s important I get to know you, so I’ll ask extensive questions and ask you to do a range of movements.
With more than 30 years of experience, I’m skilled in asking the right questions, listening to you, and observing your movement and pain.
Your personalised care program
After your consultation, I’ll email you a personalised exercise and rehab program. Easily viewed on your computer or smartphone, it contains exercises that are designed to be achievable and easily integrated into your daily life. I also include advice on what you can still do and how to avoid aggravating your condition.
Take control of your rehabilitation and make a plan to work towards recovery.
